Acupuncture is the placement of very fine needles at specific points to stimulate your body's healing. Your body responds with improved blood circulation and sleep, boosts digestion, energy and immunity, and decreases stress, pain and inflammation. It is usually combined with cupping, infrared heat, red light therapy, moxa or guasha if appropriate.
Chinese herbal medicine includes time tested formulas in the form of teas, tablets or capsules to continue treatment in between acupuncture appointments. When used correctly they enhance the body's healing and promotes optimal function.
Custom flower essence formulas: Flower essences are a liquid preparation used to deliver vibration and frequencies into the water in your body, thus affecting your energy field. They are a safe, gentle and effective way to overcome difficult emotional or mental patterns such as anxiety, depression, grief, impatience, jealousy, or weak boundaries for example. There are hundreds of flowers for different needs. After a brief consultation I will formulate a bottle combining the appropriate flowers for your needs and goals.
Energy work: Theta healing or Integrated Energy Technique are energy modalities that can release trapped emotions in the tissues and stimulate deep healing. Sessions usually take an hour and are deeply relaxing.
